Together, let’s step into the transformative cocoon of Chrysalis, an evening designed to awaken, renew, and connect. This is a journey of profound self-discovery through movement meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, and sound healing.
In the spirit of metamorphosis, we invite you to shed old layers, embrace your becoming, and weave a new story within yourself and the collective.
All are welcome // we are a multigenerational, culturally, gender, and socioeconomically diverse community.
Remember // Everything you need for transformation lives in your own breath, bones, and blood. This is your homecoming.

What to Expect:
Chrysalis is more than an event—it’s a sacred space to connect with your magical, mysterious nature through movement and stillness. The container is barefoot, nonverbal, and alcohol-free, designed for clarity and intention.

Guidelines:
No talking on the dance floor.
Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free environment.
No photos or videos. Cellphones muted and out of sight.
Respect for the space and one another.
Move your body however feels natural.
Consent is key: If you don’t wish to dance with someone, place your hands in prayer at your heart to thank them.
What to Bring:
✨ Dress comfortably for movement and stillness. Layers are helpful.
✨ Items for a "nest" (blanket, pillow, yoga mat)
✨ A water bottle (Rain Fresh Water provided on site)
