2025 Friday OWSLast week swim was great and trying to get two weeks in a row. This is a great time of year as it get light 10 min earlier each week
Arrive before 6:00 and starting our swim at 6:15. Dawn is about 6:23 am
It will be dark when we start to but always good to have a blinky light inside your buoy. Easy sighting to the island.
Water temps show 85. About the same temp as swimming at the FM CAC or your local lifetime but no black line to stare at plus it is more fun.

Swim Distances
*island and back is 2200
*around island is 2700
We go into the water at Minnow which is right across from the baseball fields. A few weeks ago Minnow parking was closed and we parked across the street at the baseball field parking.
If you don't have a swim Buoy below is one that looks good, need one that you can put stuff into (light, phone, car keys)... you can put your blinky light for increased viability plus can use your phone and a garmin to live track 🙂
