We are going to meet at Bagel World in Wappingers on Friday, November 28th at 6:25 am for our Friday Morning Breakfast Run. A suggested 5-mile route is below but this route can be easily shorted or you are of course always welcome to do your own thing. Everyone is welcome, all paces.
