Friday Hatha Flow with T!

Classes are for absolute beginners as well as those who either wish to return to the practice or are already established. Come join me for a one hour Community Hatha Flow class for all abilities each Friday morning in a welcoming, beautiful space amongst a friendly, open hearted group of mixed ability students, followed by TEA AND CHAT (Suggested donation of £1 for drinks toward upkeep of the Church) in order to create the opportunity to connect with each other, make new friends and strengthen our E12 Yoga Community. I will guide you through the foundations of breathwork, poses, deep relaxation, the multitude of benefits and bust some of the myths surrounding the practice. Poses are fully adaptable as every body is different! Yoga isn’t about flexibility of the body it’s flexibility of the mind and how you feel in each pose, not how the pose looks! I look forward to guiding you on your journey of self-care and empowerment for mind, body and heart. See you on the mat!
