Set in a moody, music-driven atmosphere powered by R&B, this class blends structured strength training, conditioning, and interval-based movement into one seamless sweat experience. You’ll move through intentional rounds that combine controlled strength work (think tempo training, pulses, and core engagement) with short, high-intensity bursts that challenge your endurance and mental grit.
This is NOT pilates - it’s a curated fitness experience where the rhythm of the music sets the tone and the energy of the room carries you through every rep. Expect a mix of full-body exercises designed to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and leave you feeling empowered, accomplished, and fully reset heading into the weekend.
