Unfortunately, we will have to pause Friday Flow Club for now 💔
Tempe Parks & Recreation has asked us to discontinue at our current location, and we are working to get clarification to see how we can stay in compliance.
If not, please don’t fear! We’re committed to finding a new space where our community can gather and flow together again. If you know of any spaces in Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, or the surrounding areas that might be a good fit, we’d be so grateful if you reached out with recommendations.
We’d also love to hear what Friday Flow Club has meant to you. If you feel called, please share a short testimonial about your experience. We’d be so grateful to highlight your voices as we look for a new space and keep this community growing.

Welcome to Friday Flow Club!
Join UGO YOGA every Friday evening for a community-centered, all-levels vinyasa yoga class at beautiful Tempe Town Lake. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for the weekend ahead.
