This is an open level class with plenty of options offered whether you want to take it slowly or challenge yourself!
Our studio has consent cards and you will be offered the opportunity to experience hands on adjustments (should you wish), by a Senior Yoga teacher.
You are required to fill in a liability waiver online or in studio prior to your first class, and upon any changes to your health and wellbeing.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and settle down.
