Come join Becca for a special Flight Club in December to take your practice up a notch. Rocket Yoga reimagines the traditional Ashtanga sequences into a playful yet challenging practice. This dynamic style invites exploration of arm balances, backbends, inversions, creative transitions, and variations of classic poses. During class, students can also expect to dive deeper into transitions, arm balances and build strength for inversions. While accessible to all levels through modifications, students should have familiarity with vinyasa yoga and a general sun salutation. The class structure encourages students to color outside the lines while honoring your body and discovering new possibilities within the practice. Questions? Email Becca at [email protected].
