The Friday Farmers Market is held weekly, 4-7 pm, rain or shine, because our vendors are under open-air covered pavilions at 36 E Canal St, Newark, Ohio 43055.Each week, shoppers can buy local from 40+ farmers, bakers, and local vendors. Some vendors will vary from week-to-week, and we have a new food truck and music/entertainment every week.
Produce Perks: SNAP/EBT users can swipe their card at the Director's Table under the center pavilion, and the market will match your benefits dollar for dollar, up to $25, with Produce Perks tokens. Use those tokens to shop for FREE fruits and vegetables, and your SNAP dollars to buy other eligible items at the market!
Canal Market District Match: We will match up to $100 on all SNAP/EBT/WIC transactions. If you spend $100, you get an additional $100 for free! These benefits are good for any food item. Thank you to the Licking County Foundation for sponsoring this amazing program!
