Walk ins are welcome but please arrive 10mins before starting time so we can note it down accordingly.
Not suitable for:
1st trimester of pregnancy, Epilepsy or other conditions triggered by sound. If you are unsure please contact me prior to booking.
Remember to bring a mat/cushion lounger to lay on, blanket, pillows for your head and knees. These things add comfort to your sessions.
