Join us for an evening of movement, relaxation, and healing under the San Diego sky.
We’ll begin with a 30-minute all-levels yoga flow led by , a certified Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Instructor (200RYT + 500RYT) from India with 4+ years of experience. Tania has collaborated with global brands like Adidas and Discovery+ and built a vibrant online community of 18k+ followers, bringing her warm, accessible teaching style to students around the world.
Following the flow, will guide you through a 30-minute crystal bowl sound healing journey, helping you release tension, restore balance, and drop into deep relaxation. With several years of sound healing practice, Madi creates a meditative soundscape designed to soothe the mind and body.
