On Friday 16th January we start 2026 at Number 57 off with the dark prince of one-liners Ryan Cullen, with veteran compere Rob Kane hosting.Headlining the night is rapid-fire Irish comedian Ryan Cullen. If Milton Jones is the Obi wan Kenobi of one-liners then Ryan Cullen is Darth Vader. Not many comedians can write a gag that elicits a gasp, laughter, then cheers followed by applause from an audience, it’s all about delivery and Ryan delivers with an economy of words, an unapologetic style and surgical precision. Ryan was runner-up in Irish Comedian of the Year and has made appearances on BBC Scotland’s The Comedy Underground, BBC NI’S Late Licence as well as spots on RTE & MTV. He is also a head performer on the 'Facts' YouTube Channel, which boasts over 500 million views and 1.5 million subscribers.

"Big laughs… this is extraordinary stuff.” - The Scotsman
“He should be writing for Frankie Boyle or Jimmy Carr!” - The Stand Comedy Club
Hosting the show will be Scottish Comedian of the Year finalist and BBC Scot Squad star Rob Kane. He’s a veteran MC and razor sharp improvisor, and his gift-of-the-gab skills have earned him appearances on BBC Radio Scotland’s Off The Ball with Tam Cowan & Stewart Cosgrove.
"Kane's breathless monologues were a breath of fresh air." - The Skinny
"Sidesplitting" - Evening Times
Opening the night will be Scotland’s Number 1 Latvian comedian Gita Blaze. Gita shares her hilarious experiences of moving to Scotland, and her first time impressions of its people.

• Tickets can be refunded or exchanged no less than 24 hours before the show.
• Line-ups can be subject to change at short notice.
• The show is in three 30 minute parts separated by two intervals. Doors open at 7pm, one hour before the start time of 8pm. Please arrive before the show starts but not before 7pm. Attendees who arrive late will not be granted admission or a refund.
• This is NOT a standing event. All audience members must be seated while the performance is underway, unless ordering at the bar or using the toilets. When ordering at the bar, please whisper.
• Entrance and exit is via the side door only; please wait outside at the door for ticket check and to be seated by the doorman.
• Tables are limited and you may have to share one. If you choose to sit on a row, please move all the way down to the end and don’t leave empty seats between groups. You may not be able to sit together if the remaining chairs available are spread out. If you are particular about seating we recommend arriving as early as possible.
• Seats in the front half of the room must be filled before seating in the back half is allocated.
• Seating in the alcove at the back is reserved for the comedians and their guests only.
• Don’t talk or heckle during the performances. This rule is NOT optional. It is very distracting for both the performer and other audience members. Some performers (usually the host) might talk to the audience, but otherwise please let the comedians do the talking. Heckling does not ‘help the show’. Think of it like cinema rules: laughter, cheers, applause are all great, but talking or yelling out is not. And another cinema rule…
• Please put your phone on silent. Photos are fine but please no video or flash photography.
• These shows are for people aged 18 and over. You may be asked to show ID if you do not look of age.
• Comedy Dundee does not necessarily agree or disagree with the opinions and viewpoints expressed by the comedians. Acts are booked based on their ability to make people laugh, beyond that we respect freedom of expression. If you disagree or are offended by what you hear, you are free to express this by not laughing, by leaving, or by respectfully raising your objections with the act after the show or via social media. You may not interrupt an on-going performance.
• Audience members who repeatedly break these rules will be asked to leave.
