Together with a small group of like-hearted women, you will be invited into a guided movement journey where you can soften into your body, move your energy, and reconnect with the wild, instinctive woman you are.
Dress in something that makes you feel beautiful or free, and dance in the safety of sisterhood.
This is a place of no choreography or pressure, just an opportunity for you to express yourself in a way that feels aligned.

About Your Guide
Bianca is a multidisciplinary mystic initiated in sacred energy activation, meditation, and ceremonial healing. She has led ecstatic dance for women over the years in places like Nepal and Guatemala, and is now bringing her passion to Brisbane, recognising the need for us to get out of our heads and into our bodies.
