In just an hour a week, you can practice Pilates properly with Pilates Liz. Delivering the original 34 Pilates exercises as per Joseph Pilates book, Return to Life Through Contrology published 1945.
Feel lengthened, strength muscles, stretch out tight hamstrings, unbind a desk bound body. Realign your spine, be refreshed, invigorated and relaxed.
Movements match the Pilates breathing which is focused and controlled, accentuating what the body does naturally to breathe. Stomach muscles contract as you exhale and relax as you inhale. Controlling the SQUEEZE as you practice the movements for each exercise, enhances and builds the core. Your stomach muscles strengthen, which supports the back. Back muscles strengthen which realigns the spine. Thighs firm which supports the knees and the glutes tone and strengthen, all helping support the back, which takes the loading away from the back.
