About this Event
Welcome Spring! Join me in celebrating the beauty of spring in these fresh, delicious and higher protein salads perfect for lunch or a dinner side dish. I love salads but also need to feel full and satisfied, this menu does just that! Recipes in this class highlight protein, healthy fats, and whole food carbohydrates.
In this class you get hands on experience cooking one of the five recipes in small groups and enjoy a full meal. Recipes will be sent home with you to refer to over and over. This is a two hour class. Kids over the age of 8 are welcome to register with a registered adult. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Sign up soon as classes fill up quickly! See you in class!
