If you love pasta, you've come to the right place!! For this adult only class, we will be working on some basic knife skills as well as learning how to make fresh pasta (from scratch!) in a variety of shapes! We also take pride in some pretty amazing Italian sauces that your class will learn to make! This is a very hands-on cooking class! On the menu: Fresh Ravioli Alfredo, Angel Hair Pesto, Feta & White Wine Fettuccine, Italian Panzanella Salad, and Quick Tiramisu!This is an adult only event, so feel free to BYOB your favorite adult beverage! Coffee, ice water, stainless wine glasses, and bottle/cork openers will be provided if needed!
