Lisa Anderson, featured facilitator at the Elevate Conference, will guide participants through a deeply immersive musical sound journey designed to relax the body, calm the mind, and elevate your frequency. Using healing instruments, layered tones, and intuitive sound work, this experience invites you to release stress, reconnect with your inner stillness, and enter a space of profound presence.

After the sound journey, stay for a fun and uplifting community karaoke gathering. Whether you want to sing your favorite song, share an original piece, or simply enjoy the music and community, the stage is open.

The Humankind bar will also be open, offering delicious health-inspired drinks and elixirs designed to make your tastebuds dance, including specialty mocktails and wellness shots.
