What to Bring: - Dress in clothes you feel cozy and can move freely in - or whatever makes YOU feel your best
- Yoga mat, meditation cushions/pillows, blankets, & anything that will support you being comfy on the floor in circle
- Water bottle
- Journal + pen
- Any other items/spiritual tools/talismans that feel supportive to you
- An open Heart and open mind - arriving in a sober state of being free from alcohol, or other substances including power plants
