Frequency & Flow is a deeply restorative experience designed to bring your body and nervous system back into balance through intentional movement and immersive sound.
We begin with a slow, guided yoga flow to gently open the body, release stored tension, and reconnect you to your breath. Crystal alchemy sound bowls specifically chosen to complement each area of the body, will allow your mind to clam, your nervous system to regulate, and support emotional release. You will be supported in a container to allowing you to drop into a state of deep rest.
This is where the body and recieve and where the shift happens.

Tausala - Yoga & Intentional Movement
Tausala guides slow, intuitive movement focused on breath, awareness, and opening the body. Her approach helps release stored tension and prepare the body to fully recieve the benifits of stillness and sound.
Aoife - Sound Healing & Energy Work
Aoife works with crystal alchemy sound bowls and energy healing to guide you into deep states of rest and recalibration. Her sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic balance.
