Join Chef Antonia Eddie for Frequencies: In Bloom, an intimate spring supper club designed to celebrate the beauty, rhythm, and renewal of the season. This carefully curated dining experience brings together seasonal ingredients, thoughtful plating, and warm hospitality in an atmosphere meant for connection and conversation.
Inspired by the energy of spring, In Bloom unfolds like a composition—each course building upon the last. Guests will enjoy a multi-course menu served family-style, highlighting bright citrus, fresh herbs, and vibrant produce. The evening is designed to feel relaxed yet refined, allowing guests to savor each dish while sharing the table together.
This is not a traditional restaurant dinner. Frequencies is a limited-seat culinary experience, where the menu, the space, and the people in the room come together to create something memorable.
The Evening Includes:

The evening’s menu will feature courses such as:
Prelude
Whipped ricotta with honey and citrus
Marinated olives with herbs
First Note
Grilled zucchini ribbons, whipped ricotta, spring vegetables, fresh herbs
Second Note
Shaved carrot and radish salad, citrus, champagne vinaigrette, micro herbs
The Crescendo
Seared double-lobe chicken breast with citrus herb butter
Herb-stuffed pork loin roulade
Arugula pesto pasta
Roasted rainbow carrots with citrus and thyme
Finale
Blood orange panna cotta with blueberry and delicate crumble
Because of the intimate nature of this experience, seating is extremely limited. Once tickets are sold out, additional seats will not be added.
