About this Event
What is more French and convivial than cooking and sharing a meal with friends? This month, discover the secrets behind one of the most iconic dishes of French cuisine: the gougères. In this hands-on class, Chef Cécile Penot Dietrich will guide you step by step in preparing two delicious dishes — a refreshing melon & mint gazpacho paired with classic Comté gougères.
After the cooking part, we’ll share the dishes we made together over a glass of wine and good conversation with fellow French food lovers. As we say in France: santé!

This cooking workshop is open to all - $70 for members of the French Library and $85 for non-members.
