About this Event
What is more French and convivial than cooking and sharing a meal with friends? This month, discover the secrets behind one of the most iconic dishes of French cuisine: the soufflé. In this hands-on class, Chef Cécile Penot Dietrich will guide you step by step in preparing two delicious versions — a savory goat cheese and spinach quiche followed by an indulgent chocolate tnrtelette.
Perfect for the season, this workshop is a wonderful opportunity to practice classic French techniques while enjoying a warm and convivial culinary experience. After the cooking part, it is the apéro time! You will eat what you made while enjoying a glass of wine and chatting with your fellow French food lovers. As we say in France: santé!
***All workshops are conducted in French. Beginners are welcome***
