About this Event
In honor of Francophonie Month, this special class celebrates the diversity of the French-speaking world through food. Together, we will prepare a fragrant palombo de crevettes, evoking the flavors of Francophone coastal cuisines, and finish with a silky flan coco des antilles delicately scented with Madagascar vanilla.
Perfect for the season, this hands-on cooking class celebrates Francophone flavors and traditions. Chef Cécile Penot Dietrich will guide you step by step in preparing a fragrant palombo de crevettes, followed by a silky Antillean coconut flan infused with Madagascar vanilla.
After the cooking part, it is the apéro time! You will eat what you made while enjoying a glass of wine and chatting with your fellow French food lovers. As we say in France: santé!
