Join Chef Emily on a culinary journey through one of her favorite books, The Invisible Life of Addie Larue by VE Schwab. Participants will make a French peasant bread and learn how to pair it with treats inspired by Addie’s life. Preregistration is required (CRN 7008). Participants are asked to bring an apron, bread and / or chef knife, a hat (or wear your hair back😉) and a charcuterie board to fill (boards provided).
Reading of The Invisible Life of Addie Larue is encouraged, but not required.
