In partnership with the Tommy Dann Memorial Rugby Match

⚠️ Please note: This workshop provides pitch-side photography access only β€” it is not a spectator ticket. All attendees must remain with the workshop group at all times.

Join us for a refreshed, fully updated pitch-side photography experience for 2026 β€” designed for photographers who want to capture real sporting action right as it unfolds.

We’re thrilled to welcome back Ben Phillips, official photographer for Cambridge United, who will lead you through photographing the Tommy Dann Memorial Rugby Match β€” a spirited and meaningful charity clash between the Old Leysians and the Old Perseans.

Whether you're new to sports photography or looking to refine your craft, this hands-on workshop gives you the chance to learn directly from a working professional while shooting a fast-paced live game.


⏱️ On the Day
  • Kick-off expected at 3pm
  • Meet 1 hour before KO
  • Your name will be on the gate for pitch-side workshop access
    (Once KO time is confirmed, details will be updated & circulated)

⚠️ No parking available on-site.
Grange Road is within walking distance of central Cambridge car parks and Newnham Car Park.
