Second Course-Freemark Abbey Chardonnay paired with Seabass on Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus with a Lemon Beurre Blanc
Third Course - Freemark Abbey Merlot, 2022 paired with Dry Rubbed Lamb Lollipops with Roasted Vegetables.
Fourth Course - Freemark Abbey Cabernet Sauvignon, 2019 paired with Filet Tips on a bed of Scalloped Cheesy Potatoes topped with a Demi Glaze.
