In this innovative session, participants will experience the freedom of movement, guided by Brian Enos to the sounds of crystal bowls and an array of healing instruments played by sound practitioner Peter Canellis. This class is designed to liberate your body and mind, allowing you to express yourself through movement while being enveloped in a soundscape that promotes deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
