Freeform Dance will be another Sacred Sunday staple offering every last Sunday of each month. Join Joni Johnson again for a safe hour of alcohol-free, freeform movement! We’ll start with sharing, slow movement & stretching, then build our way into ecstatic dance, slow it down, and end in stillness/sharing.
