Welcome to the 2024 Freedom 5K and Independence Mile! The race starts at the beautiful Downtown Huntsville near Big Spring Park.The courses will be certified and we will have chip timing. All runners will receive a singlet with all that 'Murica loving July 4th theme. Post race we will grill hot dogs and have drinks for participants.

RACE DAY Packet Pickup:
We STRONGLY encourage everyone to pick up your packets if at all possible on Wednesday. That said, we will have packet pickup morning of the race from 6:00am - 6:45am near the start finish line on Church Street (near this address: 200 Church St SW, Huntsville, AL 35801). Please note the race will start at 7am sharp!
