Perfect For Everybody! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
How It Works?
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

👉🏻**Minimum Participant for classes we require is *5/6 people to start a class.

*Dance Classes*: we advise you to wear comfortable dancing shoes, bring with you a bottle of water to Dehydrate and a towel to dry.
*HiiT & Workout Classes * Take your own mats, towels, water, and comfortable shoes.
Please arrive 10-15min before the classes start, for the check-in ✅
