Be Active & Healthy all the steps are easy. These classes are kindly provided by Brisbane City Council as part of the Active & Healthy program.FREE Zumba Gold is every Friday from 8:30-9:30 am at Greenways Esplanade Park, Parkinson. (meet near the playground)
Followed by FREE Zumba Gold at Calamvale District Park - 10 Formby Street, Calamvale every Friday from 10:00 am.
Please note;
No class during school holidays, public holidays and wet weather conditions.
No booking is required. Everyone is welcome.
