Με περισσότερα από είκοσι χρόνια καλλιτεχνικής διαδρομής και παρουσία σε περισσότερες από 30 χώρες, η Sandra Sangiao
έχει ταξιδέψει στον κόσμο μέσα από τη μουσική, ερμηνεύοντας παραδοσιακά και σύγχρονα τραγούδια από ένα ευρύ φάσμα πολιτισμικών εκφράσεων
– από το αφροαμερικανικό gospel και τη βαλκανική μουσική έως τραγούδια που συνδέονται με πρακτικές θεραπείας και εσωτερικής αναζήτησης.
Η συνάντηση με τόσο διαφορετικές φωνητικές και εκφραστικές γλώσσες αποτέλεσε για την ίδια μια διαδικασία βαθιάς προσωπικής ανακάλυψης, μέσα από την οποία έμαθε να αναγνωρίζει και να συμφιλιώνει τις πολλαπλές και συχνά αντιφατικές όψεις της έκφρασης: το άγριο και το εκλεπτυσμένο, το ακατέργαστο και το λεπτοφυές.
Με αφετηρία αυτή τη βιωματική εμπειρία,
καθοδηγεί τους/τις συμμετόχους σε μια διαδικασία εξερεύνησης της φωνής ως πεδίου έκφρασης,
αλλά και επικοινωνίας & προσωπικής σύνδεσης, ενθαρρύνοντας μια σχέση με τη φωνή που αναδεικνύει τη μοναδικότητα,
την πολυπλοκότητα
και το εύρος της ανθρώπινης παρουσίας.
Στο FREE YOUR VOICE, οι συμμετέχοι θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να εμβαθύνουν στη σχέση τους με τη φωνή τους και να εξερευνήσουν τη μοναδική τους εκφραστική ταυτότητα.
Μέσα από βιωματικές ασκήσεις,
σε ένα υποστηρικτικό και δημιουργικό περιβάλλον,
θα διερευνήσουν τον προσωπικό τους ήχο,
θα ανακαλύψουν νέες δυνατότητες
και
θα αναπτύξουν τις δεξιότητές τους,
αξιοποιώντας τη μεταμορφωτική δύναμη της μουσικής.
Το σεμινάριο απευθύνεται σε επαγγελματίες & σπουδαστές/ριες φωνής και παραστατικών τεχνών, καθώς και σε ερασιτέχνες και σε όλους/ες όσους/ες επιθυμούν να εξερευνήσουν τη φωνή και τον ήχο τους μέσα στο δημιουργικό πλαίσιο της ομάδας.

For the first time in Thessaloniki, internationally acclaimed singer, artist, and voice mentor Sandra Sangiao will present the voice workshop FREE YOUR VOICE at Transcendance – αγωγός τέχνης.
With more than twenty years of artistic experience and performances in over thirty countries, Sandra Sangiao has journeyed across the world through music, interpreting traditional and contemporary songs from a wide spectrum of cultural expressions — from African American gospel and Balkan music to vocal traditions connected with healing practices and inner exploration.
Her encounter with such diverse vocal and expressive languages became a process of deep personal discovery, through which she learned to recognize and reconcile the multiple — and often contrasting — dimensions of expression: the wild and the refined, the raw and the subtle.
Drawing on this embodied experience, she guides participants through a process of exploring the voice as a field of expression, communication, and personal connection, cultivating a relationship with the voice that reveals the uniqueness, complexity, and full range of human presence.
In FREE YOUR VOICE, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their relationship with their voice and explore their unique expressive identity. Through experiential practices, within a supportive and creative environment, they will investigate their personal sound, discover new possibilities, and develop their skills, engaging with the transformative power of music.
The workshop will be held in English, with the possibility of interpretation and translation.

Who it is for | Professional singers, students, and enthusiasts of voice and performing arts, as well as anyone who wishes to explore their voice and sound within a creative group setting.
No prior experience or specific skills are required.
Fee | €88
Your place in the workshop is secured with a €38 deposit.
A certificate of participation will be provided upon completion.
