Unroll your mat and unwind with a free, beginner-friendly yoga class designed to help you move, breathe, and feel great. No experience needed. In this relaxed and welcoming session, you’ll be guided through gentle poses, simple breathing, and mindful movement to ease tension and boost your energy. Come as you are, meet your community, and enjoy a supportive space to stretch, reset, and explore yoga at your own pace.

Yoga Matts and water will be provided, but feel free to bring your own and head to Paul Robeson Gallery, Room 307, Express Newark, 54 Halsey Street, 3rd Floor.
This project is part of the Drawing Room Installation. Inspired by historic drawing rooms—short for “withdrawing room”—this installation transforms the gallery into a contemporary space for reflection, conversation, and creative exchange.
