Tricia’s yoga journey began in 2009 and has been an evolving path of discovery and connection ever since. Her goal is to help others understand yoga beyond physical postures as a practice that challenges us to explore the world with an open heart and a curious spirit. She weaves this spirit of curiosity, along with breath work and a touch of philosophy, into each class, encouraging students to see yoga as a tool not only for achieving a stronger and more flexible body but also for cultivating a more adaptable and expansive mind. Since starting her teaching journey in 2018, she has learned to embrace the spontaneous flow of energy in each class—whether that leads to moments of light-hearted silliness or profound sacredness. Her goal is to create a space where others can explore the depths of their practice guided by their own intuition and accompanied by the natural rhythm of the breath.
