From Megan: I fell in love with yoga years ago, it lit up my heart which started a passion for self discovery on my mat. Through out the years I played with different styles finding Bikram to my favorite. After taking a teacher training I started to love my flow finding each one brought something different for my journey inward and connecting my mind to my heart.
