✨ Yoga is for EVERY BODY — adaptable to all sizes, ages, and conditions. With a little discipline, yoga helps build flexibility, strength, lung capacity, and offers a more peaceful way of living.
You’ll be guided step by step, with time to ask questions and connect. No prior experience needed.
Program Schedule
🕑 2:00 PM – Welcome & IntroductionLearn about the Center and the timeless teachings of Classical Yoga.
🧘 2:30 PM – Introductory Yoga Class (60 min)Gentle beginner-friendly postures and breathwork, ending with a taste of meditation.
☕ 4:00 PM – Refreshments & Q&AEnjoy light refreshments, meet teachers and fellow seekers, and explore upcoming programs at our Center and Ashram.
