This guided meditation practice invites your body to fully relax while your mind drifts into a state of peaceful awareness—helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore emotional balance.
Whether you’re new to meditation or simply in need of stillness, this class offers a gentle reset for your nervous system and spirit as we head into the holiday season.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that makes you feel cozy (eye mask, socks, pillow). We’ll create a nurturing, candlelit atmosphere for you to fully let go and receive deep rest.
