About this Event
🧿Welcome to Serenity Sundays!🧿
Based within the practice of Bhakti Yoga ~ yoga of love ~ we are hosting donation-based yoga classes on Sunday mornings in the park for all levels.
This practice is a spiritual meditation, a community gathering, a physical benefit for all muscles in the body, and much more.
Join us to connect with like-minded individuals seeking positive transformation and mindfulness in a serene setting.
What to Expect:
Vinyasa Flow (50 min) + Meditation (10 min)
We will ease into the practice through breathwork and grounding.
After warming up, we will gradually reach our peak flow for a full-body workout.
Finally, we wind down with meditative floorwork for a deep stretch and final rest.
Expect to relieve muscle tension and naturally expand your lung capacity, through accessible movement followed by relaxation.
Optional Hands-on Adjustments 🙌
We will provide light assistance in postures to stretch deeper, for anyone who wants to opt-in.
All Levels Welcome 🙏
Whether you're an advanced yogi or never tried it before, yoga is for everyone. Modifications are provided for many poses, making it an accessible practice of breathwork and movement. This is your welcoming, non-judgmental, individual practice that follows your own energy level. Just have fun!
How to Prepare:
- Park on Barman Ave. Meet under the trees.
- Free street parking is available.
- Bring your yoga mat (or blanket), water, sun protection and layers

Meet Your Certified Yoga Instructors
Molly Sinclair @mollydanceyoga
A Los Angeles native, Molly fell in love with yoga in 2008. Each class felt like a spiritual experience as well as an invigorating physical challenge, and yoga became her therapy for life. Molly creates a musical atmosphere with detailed alignment cues that can teach yogis of all levels something new.
Brooklyn Fox @brooklyn_fox
Brooklyn began her yoga journey in 2017 with a foundation in Ashtanga and Power Vinyasa Flow. Passionate about movement and dance, she finds freedom in the flow and brings that energy to her classes, encouraging students to explore their mental and physical boundaries. Yoga has brought Brooklyn clarity, peace, and self-love, and she hopes to help others find their own sense of balance through the practice.
Rain Mueller @beauxrain
Rain grew up practicing with and watching her mother teach yoga. She has always been drawn to the spiritual, metaphysical world and learning to find ways to bridge that realm with this earthly one. In 2023, she completed her 200hr RYT yoga teacher training at Veda Yoga Center in Los Angeles. Rain aims to help others find their confidence, strength, and authenticity through the power of movement and breath. You’re sure to leave the mat after her class feeling empowered, centered, calm, and ready to conquer whatever comes your way!
