Join us for a special Earth Day outdoor yoga experience in partnership with Washington Parks and People.
This gentle, all-levels yoga class that links breath with mindful movement, guiding you through a steady, accessible flow. Practicing outdoors, we’ll use the natural environment as our backdrop and foundation, feeling the ground beneath us, the air around us, and the energy of the season shifting into spring.
Together, we’ll celebrate Earth Day by honoring the spaces that bring us together and the importance of caring for our shared environment. This free class is an invitation to move with intention and root yourself in the present moment.
This offering is beginner-friendly and open to all. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket (a limited number of mats will be offered), water, and anything else you need to feel comfortable outdoors.
