Free Yoga in Dupont Circle Park with the Embassy of India

Join the Embassy of India, in association with the Dupont Circle BID and The Art of Living, for a free community yoga session in the heart of Dupont Circle Park.

This special event is part of the lead-up to International Day of Yoga 2026 and welcomes participants of all experience levels to enjoy a relaxing and energizing morning outdoors.

Certified yoga instructor Jay Kalathil will lead two guided sessions:

• Beginner Session: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Intermediate Session: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, this is a great opportunity to connect with the community, enjoy the park, and experience the benefits of yoga in an open-air setting.
