Empower and heal yoga!
This trauma-informed yoga series is designed to support individuals with brain injuries by exploring ways to manage or reduce symptoms in times of high stress and anxiety.
This program will target the brain injury component of a woman's life who has or is experiencing intimate partner violence through self-compassion.
We invite you to join us for FREE IPV yoga sessions led by Christina Hennelly every Monday from Monday, May 27 - July 8 at 1:00pm (except for July 1st) at All Saints Community Centre.
It is our goal to raise awareness for survivors of Intimate Partner Violence and Gender Based Violence, bringing attention to the services and assistance available, provide a voice for survivors, and to recognize and celebrate those who support survivors and their families.
Yoga mats will be provided.
