Free Yoga for Women: Wednesdays at 5:30 PM, Peterborough

This is an invitation to come home to yourself. Yoga Life ARuskevic and YANA (You Are Not Alone) have partnered to offer a series of free yoga classes for women, lovingly funded by Sport England.
Through gentle movement and conscious breathing, you will find your way back to your true essence—grounding yourself in love and self-care. Relax, build inner strength, and let freedom in, one breath at a time.
Where: Compass Charity (next to Asda Riversgate, you can also park your car for free for up to 2 hours)
When: Starting on 10th of September!
Wednesdays, 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM
What to bring: Your yoga mat and a bottle of water.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes.
