Join us for beautiful yoga practice at The Freighthouse on the Summer Solstice! Free event!This will be a Hatha inspired yoga class. The days practice will combine movement and breathing techniques. The postures practiced in Hatha are performed with intention. Hatha is not fast paced, as you might find in a Vinyasa class. You will flow from one pose to the next, working on balance, strength, mindfulness and flexibility. Expect a few sun salutations to celebrate the sun and the longest day of year!
Donations will be accepted and will all go to Community Life Center!
Bring your own Mat if you have one, if not we'll have a couple available.
