💜 Migraine-Friendly Yoga & Community GatheringIn honor of Migraine and Headache Awareness Month, join us for Idaho’s first-ever community event centered around migraine support, education, and connection.
Yoga for migraine expert Adriane Dellorco and migraine advocate Laura Miller invite you to an evening of gentle movement, nervous system education, and supportive community designed with migraine sensitivity in mind.
This beginner-friendly gathering will include:
✨ A short talk on the connection between stress, the nervous system, and migraine
✨ Gentle, migraine-friendly yoga and breathing practices
✨ Guided relaxation techniques to support calm and well-being
✨ Time to connect and socialize with others who understand life with migraine
✨ Local migraine resources and support information
✨ Purple sunglasses as part of the global Shades for Migraine awareness campaign
Living with migraine can leave us feeling overwhelmed, tense, and disconnected from our bodies. This class offers a softer approach — creating space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment.
This event is open to:
• People living with migraine and headache disorders
• Friends, family members, and caregivers
• Healthcare professionals and wellness practitioners
• Anyone interested in learning more about migraine-friendly movement practices
No yoga experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
Yoga mats and supplies will be provided.
