May is Mental Health Month and we have an informative and nourishing workshop for you. Jill Lovato, MS, E-RYT500, will guide you through a 60-minute all-levels accessible yoga asana practice with breathwork intended to soothe and reset the central nervous system.
Following the yoga practice, Licensed Social Workers and therapists Brandi Inman and Kaycee Cook will spend 30- minutes discussing mental health and wellness and yoga. They will also answer mental health-related questions.
