This is the ultimate class for relaxing and winding down!
We'll spend the first 30 minutes tending to the physical body - focusing on the breath and gentle, accessible yoga movements and stretches. That means no tricky balances, contortionist poses, or intense strengthening postures!
You’ll then be guided into a comfortable, supported, extra-long savasana while we practice 30 minutes of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a guided, deep relaxation practice that allows the physical, mental, and emotional bodies to rest completely and release tension. The goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and ready for bed.
This class is accessible to all levels of yoga experience! It is open to ages 16 and over, or 14+ if a parent is practicing with them.
