This session is part of our Teacher Training programme. The session will be lead by the trainees to practice their teaching skills.This FREE class will go over all of the basic moves and terminology we use in our beginner classes. Enjoy this session with time to get to grips and perhaps start yoga for the first time or brush up on things you haven't done in a while.
Please let teacher know if any injuries prior to class. Suitable for all levels and from 14 weeks pregnancy.
