This yoga class is open to everybody! All levels of practitioner from beginners to advanced are welcome to join us every Saturday morning by the water at Shooters. This class is lighthearted and fun! Stay for a while afterwards and mingle with fellow students over a complimentary mimosa or juice, or even brunch.
Bring your mat if you have one (spares are available) and bring some water. Flow with us in the fresh air, soak in the spectacular scenery and get your weekend off to the best start!
