Join in a journey of body and mind with our Yin and Yang yoga class, a fusion that blends the rejuvenating qualities of Vinyasa Flow, the grounding elements of Hatha, and the introspective stillness of Yin yoga. The class will incorporate pranayama with dynamic and fluid movements inspired by Vinyasa Flow ("one breath, one movement"), encouraging a connection between breath and motion to cultivate strength and flexibility. In the second half, we will slow our flow to reach the realm of Yin yoga where we will find stillness in passive poses held for extended periods to target deep connective tissues and enhance flexibility. Throughout the session, breath work is interwoven, guiding participants to synchronize their breath with each movement, creating a serene and holistic experience that leaves the body energized and the mind centered.
