About this Event

Caregiving can be meaningful and rewarding, but it can also bring stress, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm that often goes unrecognized. In this supportive workshop, Dr. Amy DiNoble, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, and caregiver wellbeing, will explore how stress affects the brain and body—and how caregivers can begin to restore balance, resilience, and a sense of steadiness in daily life.

In this workshop, caregivers will:

  • Understand how chronic stress and caregiving demands impact emotional and nervous‑system health.
  • Learn practical “top‑down” (mind‑based) and “bottom‑up” (body‑based) strategies to build resilience.
  • Strengthen emotional regulation skills for themselves and those they care for.
  • Cultivate self‑compassion as a foundation for sustainable, connected caregiving.
  • Explore simple tools that reduce overwhelm and support steadier, more hopeful daily interactions.
